What does my monthly fee include?
Your monthly fee gives you 24/7 access to our online SMS platform. Track campaigns in real-time, and access special features such as email to SMS, Quick SMS, SMS API, and 1,000+ SMS integrations.
Each monthly plan gives you a lower cost per SMS rate. The more messages you send, the cheaper your rate becomes. Unique keywords are also included.
What if I go over my SMS limit?
If you’re on a monthly plan, each SMS tier has an option to add more messages at a set rate. For example, additional messages on the 15,000 tier is +2.3/perSMS. There are no message limits on our pay-as-you-go plans.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. You will also retain any remaining message credits from your previous plan, and have those credits carry over to your new plan.
What are SMS keywords?
SMS keywords can be used as a simple tool to allow people to opt-in to your campaign. Keywords act as a prompt for replies, which drives engagement. Once a reply is made, the keyword acts as a trigger which can activate different functions. Popular triggers include confirming an appoinment, entering a competition, forwarding to an email, group chat, and setting an auto response.
Do keywords expire?
Yes, keywords do expire and go back into our shared pool of keywords once you cancel your monthly plan. Pay-as-you-go clients will receive a warning notification a few days prior to unique keywords expiring on month-to-month keyword plans.
Do text mesages carry over?
Yes, message credits will carry over from month to month. You will have the option to access them for as long as you’re paying for a monthly plan. Text message credits never expire.
Are there any contracts or extra fees?
Nope, there are no contracts or extra fees.

Can I send SMS internationally?
These specific pricing plans rate are limited to Canada. However, if you would like to send to another country - please contact us. Each country has a different SMS rate depending on your message volume. If you would like an international rate, please state your message volume and when you would like to send.
